Recipe - Chickpea Fried Rice
Ingredients

3 cups
White Basmati Rice
.2 Yellow Onions
medium diced.2 tablespoons
Garlic
minced.1 can or 16 oz
Garbanzo Beans
.8 eggs

Instructions
- Cook
rice
per whatever the directions that came with the rice are. When in doubt use a 1 to 2 ratio rice to water, simmer for 20 minutes covered then take off heat and let steam. Continue to cook if liquid remains. - Add
2 Yellow Onions
to skillet with some oil on medium heat, cook so onions develop rich color. - Add
garlic
andGarbanzo Beans
to onions above, reduce heat and let combine over time. - Whisk
8 eggs
. Set aside ready to use. - Heat Wok. Add oil, cooked
rice
, and salt. Stir. Continue to cook untilrice
just begins to develop color. - Add Whisked

and stir constantly untilegg

completely combine. - Remove wok from heat. Add
